Information collected from user for payments: Only the minimum necessary information needed for payment is collected. This can vary depending on payment method, but typically includes – name, billing address, shipping address, and email. Customer payment detail will never be shared with any outside parties. All information is secured and confidential. Information is removed after order process is complete.
All unopened returns will be accepted for a full refund if returned within 30 days of purchase. Buyer must return the item in full. We will also accept returns for opened products if the return is made due to an error on our part or if customer is not satisfied with the quality. The refund amount for opened returns will be equal to whatever amount is being returned to us. However, if only a small amount is missing we will refund the full 100%. The buyer can choose from a refund back to their original payment method or a replacement package. Customer satisfaction is important to us. We will only replace items if they are defective, damaged, due to an error on our part or if the customer is not satisfied with the quality. If you would like to exchange it for the same or similar item please notify us via email at – email@example.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
