  1. How long does it take for my package to arrive?
    • All orders ship within 24 hours, and are sent with USPS Priority Mail (advertised as 1-3 day shipping).                               https://www.usps.com/ship/priority-mail.htm

  2. Do you charge for shipping?
    • No, we offer free shipping for all orders.
  3. Do you offer free samples?
    • Yes – we offer free samples for first time customers. Please send us an email to get started.
    • We also provide free samples to returning customers as well. Please leave us a note during checkout to request samples. Let us know which strain(s) you would like to sample.
  4. What payment methods are accepted?
    • Credit Card
    • E-check / ACH
    • Mobile Payment through Zelle, Apple Pay, or Cash App
    • Check, Money Order or Cash (orders are shipped same day if you email us a picture of the check/money order, and are a return customer. If you are a first time customer, the order may be held until payment is received. Future orders are eligible to ship same day).
    • USPS COD (cash on delivery). Pay for your order once you receive it in the mail. You must be present and give the postal worker a Check, Money Order or Cash when they arrive. They will then release your package to you. We will email you a tracking number so you can keep an eye on delivery.
    • Amazon (email us for payment instructions if paying with Amazon)
    • Other payment methods? If you are not able to pay with the above payment methods, please shoot us an email and let us know how you are able to pay and we will try to work with you, if possible.
  5. Do you reship if my package is not received?
    • Yes. If the tracking info shows that your package was not received, we will reship your order free of charge or provide a refund (your choice).
  6. Are products lab tested?
    • Yes. Each batch is thoroughly tested for impurities and contamination. We test for heavy metals, E-coli, Salmonella, Fungi (mold) and Mitragyna content. We do not ship any goods until we are provided with the certificate of analysis from the lab. You may request a copy of the lab results for any order that is placed.
  7. What strains are offered?
    • Super Green Maeng Da, Green Maeng Da, Green Malay, Green Bali, Red Maeng Da, Red Bali, Red Thai, Red Borneo, Red Horn, Yellow Gold, White Maeng Da and White Thai.
    • If you are a return customer and would like to see a specific strain, let us know and we will keep it in stock for you.
  8. Is shipping discrete?
    • Yes. All packages are blank and the label will show as shipped from ‘Natures Cure’. No identifying information is printed on the package or label. You may request to have a different return name and address on the order.
  9. Is payment discrete?
    • Yes, orders will show as processed by ‘Natures Cure Store’ or ‘Natures Cure’.
  10. How fast do you respond to emails?
    • Our email is monitored 16 hours a day, 6 days a week. Most emails are answered within 1-2 hours. You can expect a response within 24 hours.
